Keeping our personal information safe is very important to us all.

I will always process your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Data Protection Act, and will never pass your information on to any 3rd parties unless you have specifically given consent for a service that requires this.

I collect only personal information about you such as your name, address, email address and contact number that you voluntarily provide through email or the contact form on my website.

I will hold your information for as long as it is necessary to to carry out any obligations from any contract we enter into, including seeking your views following the completion of my service. Your personal information will never be sold to a third party or added to a bulk email mailing list but used only for correspondence regarding your wedding day directly from me to you.

The copyright of all videos and images displayed on this site and provided to clients remains with FJB Visuals and is protected under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.

Any client who has received video and images files are entitled (under licence) to use these for personal and non-commercial purposes including producing prints and additional copies for friends and family.

This specifically excludes the sale of digital files for commercial gain, publicity, advertising or any other commercial use without written permission from FJB Visuals. If any third party such as wedding vendors or media should wish to use any of my images or videos please contact me to gain permission.

It would be appreciated if anyone sharing any of my digital content on social media or websites would credit FJB Visuals.
